Ownership information

Published allocation descriptions are introductory. Current prices, availability, infrastructure provisions, permitted uses, payment arrangements and ownership obligations are confirmed directly by the team and in the applicable documents.

No automatic reservation

Submitting an enquiry or visit request does not reserve an allocation, create an ownership agreement or confirm a visit. The website does not collect ownership payments. Any commitment requires separate review and agreement with the team.

Development and hospitality

Development is phased. Roadmap descriptions are an overview of the approach and are not guaranteed completion dates. Hospitality opportunities depend on applicable approvals and operating arrangements; no return is guaranteed by this website.

Guest stays

The separate Stays collection lists operating accommodations configured by the team. Prices, capacity, house rules and the cancellation policy are shown before hosted Paystack checkout. Dates are held temporarily; a reservation is confirmed only after server verification of payment. Cancellation requests and refunds follow the saved property policy.

Shared ownership

Shared ownership is a concept under consideration. Group enquiries and proposed percentages do not issue ownership or establish an investment contract. The team confirms applicable arrangements through reviewed agreements.
