Project materials describe owner-managed rental pricing and bookings, with optional hospitality support. The team will confirm permitted uses, operating arrangements and applicable approvals for your allocation.
When would I need to start building?
Project materials reference construction commencing within 12 months, with declared land banking potentially permitted. Confirm the current requirement and any exceptions in your ownership agreement.
Are all facilities open today?
Alaafia is a phased development. Some facilities and experiences shown describe the future vision. Ask for the current development update and available experiences before visiting.
How do I confirm prices and availability?
